History:
We Limin Promotions International Limited was founded in 2003 by the then infamous duo King Pepa and Aloes. At that time, We Limin was based in Brooklyn New York and was initially an online promotions company, with its main objective being the promotion of, West Indian culture and also to provide a forum where the first generations of migrants to New York City, could go to learn, grow and educate themselves about the history and culture of their people… Quite successful in their enterprise, King Pepa & Aloes created an unforgettable name in the Caribbean Promotions Industry in New York City and also provided a one of a kind site where their aspirations to uplift their people and fight to get our culture on the map was achieved.
We Limin’s Products & Services:
Under a new management team We Limin is dedicated to promoting West Indian Culture and our People... Ideally with the same concept in mind as our founders, it is different. Our sole objective is to promote Caribbean Culture on an international level but with a new twist. When we say Caribbean Culture, we do not mean ONLY carnival and soca music. It is beyond that. We Limin’s services are inclusive of Marketing, PR, Financial Consultancy, Management and Celebrity Personal Assistance services for artists. On our website; we provide a forum where you can keep abreast of news within the entertainment industry, music, foods, events, literature, performance schedules, music album releases, artiste profiles and their booking information, online bookings, carnival and Caribbean Culture throughout the world.
We Limin Promotions International is now based in Trinidad & Tobago, but is still at home in New York City. In addition, we also have working with us, our sister company UKaribbean out in London, Dion Heath Management Services and we have established a relationship with Entertainment Macco. The new management team realizes the need for a fixed location to propel Caribbean artists further into the industry. Our services are not limited to only musical entertainers, but rather being inclusive of writers, poets, film makers, DJs, Fashion Designers, Script Writers, Models, and Dancers etc.
Currently our clients include Rowdy and Kerwin Du Bois.
Rowdy is an extremely talented and versatile artiste; who is known for his die hard good looks and his sometimes obstreperous and uproarious personality. A powerhouse of raw talent, Rowdy is an artiste/entertainer that the listening public should pay avid attention to as he promises to break down cultural and social barriers…
Kerwin Du Bois; The Soca Evolutionist and Mastermind himself, is widely known and respected for his genius ability to write and produce award winning music for some of the Soca Industry’s biggest players. In addition Mr. Du Bois, dubbed as the Runaway Baccahnalist is also known for his superb lyrical and dynamic capabilities as performer and entertainer.
The new Team at We Limin Promotions International Limited is: Kevin Mollineau, Larnelle Joseph and Crystal Granado. Being young professionals and artists themselves, they know and understand the harsh reality that it is relatively difficult as new and emerging artists to produce and at the same time market one’s work and gain the recognition that they truly deserve.
We Limin offers the first and one of a kind opportunity where you can; retain us for Marketing, PR, Financial Consultancy, Management and CPA services. Currently there isn’t any organization within the Caribbean that provides this much needed service to our Cultural Workers and Ambassadors. So we offer this spanking new service to you.
